Well, look no further because here is a quick, easy recipe you can use with simple ingredients that are sure to be in your kitchen. I saw this recipe on Pinterest and adapted it to my taste. Make sure you use a microwave-safe mug, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- Small handful of almonds/nuts (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat up the butter in the microwave mug for about 30 seconds.
- Add the flour and sugar to the mug and mix with the butter.
- Add the water, cocoa powder, and vanilla to the mug and mix until combined.
- Crush some almonds or nuts and add them to the brownie mix for a little extra crunch.
- Take a Tbsp. of peanut butter and stir it into the brownie mix with a zigzag motion. (Don’t mix it in completely if you want streaks of peanut butter.)
- Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 75 seconds.
- Take the mug out and the brownie cool for about a minute, then enjoy!
